Tai Chi

Tai Chi has been shown to be a beneficial form of exercise for people with arthritis. The form that we practise is very gentle and suitable for people with limited mobility or other arthritis-related problems. The practise of Tai Chi  improves the strength and flexibility of joints and enhances feelings of wellbeing and relaxation.

Our local classes start at 1.30pm for Advanced level and at 2.30pm for beginners and intermediate levels.

They take place every Tuesday (but only during school terms) at
